AN Plus Sp. z o.o. is a limited company, associating breeders of plant varieties, established to collect FSS (Farm Saved Seed) fees and to counteract the infringement of an exclusive right to plant varieties.
AN Plus is one of the shareholders of Agencja Nasienna Sp. z o.o. and supports its activities as a breeders’ organization through incorporating new breeders. The breeders who are the shareholders of AN Plus automatically become members of Agencja Nasienna.
AN Plus enjoys particular interest of breeders from other European Union countries not working directly in the territory of Poland. It’s a significant simplification for farmers using FSS as they can pay the amount due to the breeder in Poland, without the need to contact that breeder having its registered office abroad.
AN Plus helps its shareholders to prepare and collect all documents necessary to start cooperation with Agencja Nasienna, as well as, supports its members throughout the whole period of this cooperation. Every breeder who would like to enforce an exclusive right to a plant variety can contact us.
Breeder! If you are a holder of the exclusive right to plant varieties, protected either at national or Community level, contact us! We will help you to join the system working successfully in Poland for more than 10 years.
